Third-Party Services

  • WordPress.com: Hosting (see WordPress.com Privacy Policy) and blog subscription service
  • Microsoft Office (M365): Emails sent to us will be processed as part of UCL’s M365 infrastructure (see UCL’s Privacy Notices)
  • WPForms Lite: This plugin sits entirely within WordPress and sends contact form information directly through to the UCL M365 infrastructure (for more details, see here).

Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Deleted after inquiry is resolved
  • Newsletter data: Retained until you unsubscribe

Children’s Privacy

This website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our research with young people follows separate ethical protocols with appropriate consents.
